Historical Background

    The State Key Laboratory for Mineral Deposits Research stated to construction in 1991 with the financial support provided from the World Bank. In October 1995, this Laboratory has been approved by the ministry of science and Technology of China and officially opened to run. After nearly 20 years of construction and open operation, this Laboratory has perfected experimental analysis system to become the important base of earth science research, personnel training and academic exchanges in Nanjing University.
